Cambridge IV Patio Homes

Cambridge IV Patio Homes is comprised of sixteen single family homes. These homes feature luxury vinyl wood flooring, plush carpeting in the bedrooms, painted woodwork, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances – including microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, water softener, central air with forced air heat, double car garage, and a 16 x 10 poured cement patio. Our 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom homes are over 1,250 sq. ft. Our 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom homes are over 1,410 sq. ft. Tenant pays for all utilities. Landlord pays for lawn care and snow removal. Up to two small pets, 15 pounds or less, are allowed with pet addendum and documentation. No smoking is permitted. All adults are required to complete an application and be approved before a showing can occur. There is no application fee.
