All adults must complete an Application, and submit it with a copy of their Driver’s License or Government Issued Picture ID and Proof of Employment/Income.
We do NOT charge an Application Fee. Acceptable forms of Employment/Income: Letter of Employment, Offer of Employment, Employee Contract, most
recent paystub with hire date, Social Security Award Letter, Retirement Benefit Account with Monthly Benefit, etc. Email all to rent@koosmanhomes.com, or
drop off at Office.
