These spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Casey’s General Store, Green Mill, and Ruff’s Wings and Sports Bar. Appliances include stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Features central air conditioning and forced air heat. Includes single car attached garage. Tri-plex units include a locked storage unit inside of the garage. Tenant pays for electricity and gas; and phone, cable, and internet, if Tenant would like those services. Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal. The duplex units are approximately 1,150 sq. ft. and rent starts at $1,225.00 per month. The tri-plex units are approximately 1,045 sq. ft. and rent starts at $1,185.00 per month. Cambridge II is not pet friendly, and no smoking is permitted. All adults are required to complete an application and be approved before a showing can occur. There is no application fee.
