The Emerald Pond Twin Homes are conveniently located near the YMCA and walking path, on Emerald Trail SE. These beautiful twin-homes offer a variety of floor plans with varying square footages that start at 1,200 sq. ft. and go up to 1,512 sq. ft. Some models include fireplaces, sun porches, and/or kick-outs. All homes offer two bedrooms, one bathroom, with a private, attached single stall garage. Appliances include stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Features central air conditioning with forced air heat, and a water softener. Tenant pays for electricity and gas; and phone, cable, and internet, if Tenant would like those services. Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and home owners association fees. Up to two small pets, 15 pounds or less, are allowed with pet addendum and documentation. No smoking is permitted. All adults are required to complete an application and be approved before a showing can occur. There is no application fee.
