Several single family patio homes located in the Emerald Pond subdivision, which are conveniently located near the YMCA and walking path. These three bedroom, two bathroom homes have granite countertops, plush carpeting, fireplace, central air conditioning with forced air heat, water softener, and a 14 x 12 poured cement patio. Appliances include stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Each home has an attached, double car garage, that features an attic storage room with a staircase. The en-suite bathroom, off of the master bedroom, includes a spacious walk-in closet and walk-in shower. Tenant pays for all utilities. Landlord pays for lawn care, snow removal, and home owners association fees. Up to two small pets, 15 pounds or less, are allowed with pet addendum and documentation. No smoking is permitted. All adults are required to complete an application and be approved before a showing can occur. There is no application fee.
